TV Forum
I really like this site, and it seems that it will soon get quite popular. I'd buy its shares :) However, there are few suggestions that would improve it.
1. Make a how-to section
2. Allow uploads of the subtitles
3. Beside each show on a list of shows, display how many videos were uploaded (it would save us time).
3. Make a suggestions drop-box.
4. Enable the voting of the forum's topics (something like they have on digg.com or reddit.com that enables people to see what is good/popular etc).
4. Make the website flexible with the non-English TV shows. I understand that bolywood, spanish-soap, and the anime database could become extremely large to deal with. Nevertheless, it would be interesting.
6. and a quick edit of the things we post, in case we repeat number 4 twice ;)

But a few points if I may
Many aspects of how to are covered in the the site-map at the bottom of every page.
The suggestions box is already here it's called the site requests forum.
Popularity seems to be based on number of replies in threads or for shows on the show page. Read reviews or threads carrying show name.
There is more on this site than at first glance appears.

Admin has said on many occassions that this an English speaking site only. His site his choice.
I believe editing of posts is being worked on.
BTW Your thread should really have been made in site requests.
