I think Admin might properly address that for you but I fully agree and encourage the 15 minute or so log out. If a large number of people log in and walk away from their computer for an extended period of time it draws from the server and could actually bog things down and create a denial of service. A lot of people would be complaining that they can't log in or things are at a snails pace if they run at all. A worse case scenario is it overloads the servers and takes them down. If you recall, someone deliberately did that to Yahoo a few years ago, and their servers are much larger than SharetV I imagine. |

n8ph8ts, when you login there is a checkbox called "Remember Me". if you check that it should keep you logged in sharetv.org/login |

Kulight it is a good idea because a spider can't check a box and the server will know you are legitimate. You have a better chance of staying logged in. I prefer to be logged out anyway. With just one letter to type it is a simplified log in anyway. |

kulight, it could be your security settings on your browser that shortens the login. when you check the box it creates a cookie on your computer and verifies that with the session on the server to re-login when you visit the site again. make sure your browser allows cookies and doesn't delete them too quickly |
